About Insurance.
I am considered an out-of-network provider by your insurance company should you have mental health benefits.To facilitate filing, I will gladly provide to you an insurance-accepted receipt for your sessions.
When you submit this to your insurance provider, you will be directly reimbursed by them.
Many of my clients use this process with great success.
Please note, it is important to contact your insurance provider to obtain pre-approval for mental health services.
I will be available to answer any questions you have as you initiate this process.

IMPORTANT. Please DO NOT use an email to tell me you have an emergency or that you need me to contact you urgently. It may be 6-8 hours or longer before I see an email message, during full schedule days. If you have an emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room for immediate assistance.
