Thank you for visiting my site!

Choosing a therapist is an important decision. Make sure that you find a therapist that you feel comfortable with and ask some important questions. Before you make the first call, think about why you are calling (relationship difficulty, low mood, anxiety, etc...). This way, when you make your initial contact, you are prepared to see if the therapist has experience or expertise treating your concerns. Below, you will find some important information about my areas of practice.Change may be scary but the rewards are endless!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC license #4700) and licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC/S license #5294) in the State of South Carolina. I have a master's in psychology. I have been practicing for over ten years in the mental health field providing individual, group and couple's counseling. I use a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused and motivational interviewing (MI). I focus primarily on mood/anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, substance abuse and women's issues. I work with both adults and adolescents.
